Scholarships are offered in the following fields, and more information can be found in our Scholarship Brochure:

Can anyone apply?

To apply for a scholarship a pupil needs to meets the following criteria:

  • Pupils must be formally registered for entry at Malvern College in order to enter for a scholarship.
  • Parents should discuss and agree a scholarship application with the Head of their child’s current school prior to completion and return of scholarship forms.
  • All scholarships are awarded on merit, and are determined largely by the child’s performance in the relevant assessment and interview.
  • More than one type of scholarship can be applied for and awarded, although the total fee remission across all awards will be capped at 15%.
  • Scholarship application forms must be received at Malvern College before the closing date. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
  • All scholarship assessments are held at Malvern College.
  • The performance of each scholarship holder is reviewed on an annual basis by the relevant subject Head of Department and Housemaster or Housemistress. Concerns over performance or commitment will be discussed with parents. In exceptional circumstances the award may be withdrawn.
