Careers Guidance

Some of our pupils choose degree apprenticeships across the globe; and advice and guidance about the world of work is given to all pupils by independent careers advisors and former pupils.

In the lower years, pupils are encouraged to investigate the world of work with the Head of Careers and their tutors.

At all stages, the aim of the Careers and Higher Education Department is to help pupils make informed and aspirational decisions about their future.

In 2024 Malvern College was named Winner of the award for Support Beyond the Classroom in the Talk Education Innovation in Education Awards.
