Rebecca began her career in journalism in Lebanon, before moving to Hong Kong to work as the Press Attaché for the British Government after the 1997 Handover. After several years working for the UK and then Hong Kong governments, she was introduced to Nord Anglia Education, via her role in attracting inward investment to the city. Fascinated by education management, she went on to be the founding Head of Admissions and Marketing for their first school in the city. Since then, Rebecca has led start-up or expansion projects for several international schools in southern China, before relocating to the UK in early 2025. Outside her role as Director of the Malvernian Society, Rebecca is an obsessive rock climber and keen advocate for girls’ cricket.
