Congratulations to the Remove cast and FY technical crew who staged ‘Holes’ by Louis Sachar to great acclaim last week.
The production was inventively staged and featured excellent performances from a large ensemble cast, with Charlie G as Stanley Yelnats, Madison F as Zero, Noah G as Elya, Emma Y as The Warden, Daniel B as Mr Sir, Ati C as Sam, Hamish D as X-Ray, Henny P as Mr Pendanski, Dio N-T as Madame Zeroni and Harriet F as Kissing Kate Barlow in leading roles.
The warm reception given at the curtain call indicated that their efforts had been highly appreciated. It certainly was a magical evening of theatre that brought the curtain down on this most challenging of academic years. Despite the pandemic significantly affecting the rehearsal process, an impressive array of theatrical talent was on display, indicating that drama at Malvern College will continue to flourish.
