The Remove Army cadets ‘hit the ground running’ this week as they returned to training activities with a carefully choreographed inter-section competition.
Cadets worked within their bubbles in a circuit of demanding activities, from a Turn Out Inspection to Target-shooting on the College Range, Kim’s Game, Drill, and a Stretcher Race. The students all excelled themselves and, given that this cohort has had only limited training so far, the standard in all areas was impressive. Teamwork and Leadership abounded throughout the afternoon and underlying the event was an atmosphere of purposeful fun.
Congratulations go to the School House section, who won the overall competition, and a special mention to Number Three, whose turn-out and overall performance was excellent. Thanks go to the Lower Sixth NCOs who lead and ran the stands, and to Mr Nichols, who orchestrated the activities.
