Sam is an exceptionally talented sports scholar whose passion and dedication have set him apart. A gifted cricketer, he has been part of the Worcestershire County Cricket programme since the age of 10 and currently represents the U18 squad as a top-order batsman. One of his proudest moments at Malvern was reaching the semi-finals of the National T20 tournament. Beyond cricket, Sam excels in Rackets, having won the prestigious Pritchard Cup and regularly competing at the National Schools Rackets Championships at Queens Club, where he ranked among the top eight in the country. Like cricket, hockey is another team sport in which he thrives. Sam is part of an elite group of cross-country runners who hold a Ledder Cap, showcasing his endurance and versatility across both individual and team disciplines.
Alongside his sporting achievements, Sam is an academic scholar studying A level Maths, Chemistry, and Physics, with ambitions to study Sports Technology at Loughborough University. As a College Prefect, he has demonstrated strong leadership, ensuring pupil voices are heard. Sport has instilled in him resilience and teamwork, shaping him into a confident and inspiring role model.
