Nicky Seed

The term role model was made for Nicky as she carries out multiple roles with passion and dedication. As Assistant to the Senior Deputy Head, Nicky sits within the Operational side of the school, yet her daily duties see her liaising with academic staff, communicating with parents and making sure our pupils are supported. It was Nicky who, after the wake of Covid lockdowns, originated and led the charge to host ‘MalFest’. What started off as a whole school gathering with a local band, has now turned into a firm favourite in pupils’ calendars. Every September the grounds are buzzing with live music, karaoke, pizza and burger vans, while pupils add glitter and sparkle to their festival outfits.  

Effervescent and always full of energy it’s of little surprise that Nicky also finds the time to teach Chi-Chi Fit. Nicky is the perfect example of someone who has made the job their own. She’s found out where her talents lie and luckily Malvern College benefit from her commitment and enthusiasm.
