Employment Opportunities

Malvern College is proud of its high academic standards and of its pastoral care. There is a broad curriculum which is intended to give both younger and older students breadth and depth in a range of disciplines. The International Baccalaureate is offered as an alternative to A level in the Sixth Form and is studied by about half of the Sixth Form. There are many opportunities for pupils to undertake a wide range of co-curricular activities such as CCF, D of E, Drama, Music and Sport.

The excellent facilities include substantially expanded and refurbished classrooms, an Arts Centre, a Music School, a Theatre, a Library and a purpose-built Technology Centre. We have recently completed two new superbly equipped Boarding Houses and state-of-the-art sporting facilities which encompass a twenty-five metre pool, eight-court sports hall, squash courts, fitness gym, studio, climbing wall, shooting range and a new hospitality suite.

Malvern College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Candidates must be prepared to undergo child protection screening and DBS checks. The College is a traditional yet vibrant place to work. We encourage staff to immerse themselves fully in to the life of the College and in return offer generous benefits and our own competitive salary scale.
